TERMS & CONDITIONS

​1. Booking & Reservation
1.1 A booking is only confirmed once a non-refundable booking fee has been received.
1.2 The booking fee secures your event date and covers initial consultations, planning, and administrative costs.
1.3 Until the booking fee is paid, the date remains open and may be offered to other clients.

2. Non-Refundable Booking Fee
2.1 All booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2 This includes, but is not limited to, client cancellation, change of mind, postponement, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.3 By paying the booking fee, the client acknowledges and agrees that this amount will not be refunded.
2.4 The booking fee may be deducted from the total balance due unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments
3.1 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 1 month before the event date.
3.2 Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services, and all payments made will be retained.
3.3 No setup or services will be provided until full payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Postponements
4.1 If the client cancels the booking, all payments made, including the booking fee, are non-refundable.
4.2 Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
4.3 If a new date is agreed upon, additional fees may apply.
4.4 In the event of cancellation by the business due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund (excluding the booking fee where legally permissible) or alternative date will be offered.

5. Changes to Bookings
5.1 Any changes to the agreed design, items, or services must be requested in writing.
5.2 Changes may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.
5.3 Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

6. Damage & Responsibility
6.1 The client is responsible for ensuring that all hired décor items are handled with care.
6.2 Any loss, theft, or damage to hired items will be charged to the client at full replacement cost.
6.3 The business reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe environments.

7. Setup & Collection
7.1 Access to the venue must be provided at agreed times for setup and collection.
7.2 Delays caused by the venue or client may incur additional charges.
7.3 All hired items remain the property of the business at all times.

​

8. Liability
8.1 The business will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or acts of God.
8.2 The client is responsible for ensuring venue compliance and permissions.

9. Acceptance of Terms
9.1 By paying the booking fee, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
9.2 These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the client and the business.
